  • Do I get free delivery?

    We currently offer free Standard delivery on all orders over £75.00. Anything below this amount has a standard delivery option of £3.99.

    Do you offer Next Day Delivery?

    We offer Royal Mail Guaranteed Next day delivery by 1pm for UK orders, this is the most secure and fastest delivery option in the UK. This means any orders placed on a Business day before 12pm, will be delivered the following working day before 1pm. Any orders placed before 12pm on Friday with Guaranteed Next Day delivery are likely to be delivered on Saturday before 1pm as Royal Mail delivers on Saturdays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday with Guaranteed Next Working Day delivery can only be shipped on Monday as Royal Mail is closed on Sunday, which means those orders will be delivered on Tuesday. *Even though most orders are delivered with no delays, we can’t always promise delivery will be on time as we rely on Royal Mail to deliver within their promised timeframes. If you have paid for this delivery and do not receive your item on time please let us know and we will chase this up for you with Royal Mail.

    How do I know where my parcel is?

    To know where your parcel is and to check for any potential lead times on delivery, please use the tracking number we email to you once your order has been shipped. If you don’t receive a tracking number or have lost your email, please let us know on info@tahlira.com.

    How long does delivery take?

    Our Standard delivery takes between 3 to 6 working days, however this depends on our couriers delivering within the timeframes they tell us. Although most deliveries are on time we can’t always guarantee delivery to be within this exact timeframe, especially during busier holiday periods. We do offer express and next day delivery, please refer to our shipping page for more info.

    I want to cancel an order?

    We recommend you to email us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order or you have placed an order by accident. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email we should be able to cancel your order, however if you have received a shipping confirmation email and our courier has picked your parcel up then we won’t be able to cancel this unfortunately. We would then ask you to accept the parcel and request a return.

    What is my order status?

    At every stage of placing your order until delivery of your parcel you will be notified on the progress of your parcel. We confirm your order and shipping and then provide tracking details so that you can track your parcel as it travels to you through our courier. If your parcel is taking too long with our courier you can contact them to find out when your parcel will be delivered. If there are any other issues please let us know and we will look into this for you.

    Where are your items made?

    Our items are all made by our small women’s factory in Bangladesh. You can read all about us and how we operate through the ‘About us’ section on our site.

    I have an inquiry about wholesale?

    For any questions about wholesale please email those to us and please also include (1) The specific item/items you are interested in (2) Your company website or social media on info@tahlira.com, we aim to get back to you with all the information as soon as possible.

    How can I request a return?

    The easiest way to put a return request through is by using the ‘Returns’ link at the bottom of our site. This will ask for your order number and email address and you can instantly request a return for your order. Please bear in mind we only accept returns which are made within 14 days of delivery of your item. Alternatively, you can also always send us an email on info@tahlira.com to start your return process. Please allow up to 24 hours to hear back through the ‘Returns’ link or through email, although we usually respond much faster than this. Please note returns can only be sent back to us using Royal Mail as we use an UK PO Box address. A third party courier such as DHL, Hermes, Parcel2go etc. will not be able to deliver to our returns warehouse. For any return parcels sent from abroad this can be sent back through your local post office who will pass this parcel on to Royal Mail once it arrives in the UK.

    Which courier can I use to return my unwanted item?

    Please note returns can only be sent back to us using Royal Mail as we use an UK PO Box address. Any third party couriers such as DHL, Hermes, Parcel2go etc. will not be able to deliver to our returns warehouse. For any return parcels sent from abroad this can be sent back through your local post office who will pass this parcel on to Royal Mail once it arrives in the UK.

    Do you do free returns?

    We don’t offer free returns at this moment. When you decide to return one or more items from your order we kindly instruct customers to send this back to our warehouse in Bedfordshire, UK. Returns can only be send back using Royal Mail UK at your nearest Post Office and we advise to retain any proof of shipping until your return item has been processed. Usual fees for returns from any UK address back to us range between £3 to £4.

    I ordered multiple items but only want to return certain items and keep others?

    That’s no problem. Use the return instructions to return your unwanted item and keep the items you did want to keep. When we receive your parcel we will only process a return for the items which were in the parcel, so if you sent one item only of your order we will only refund you for that specific item.

    I sent back my item for a return how long will it take until I get my refund?

    When you sent back your parcel we wait until it has been delivered to us. Once your parcel is delivered we aim to process the parcel within 5 working days. As soon as the parcel is processed your refund is automatically sent back into the bank account you used to pay with.

    My refund has been processed but I did not get my money yet?

    When you receive a refund notification from us, this means we have instructed the funds to leave our system and be sent back to the original payee. The funds then travel through a few channels to get back into the original account. Especially third parties such as Paypal require multiple authorisations before the money gets back to you. We therefore advice you to allow up to 14 days to receive the funds back, although in most cases the funds appear back into your account immediately.

    I want to return a dress that falls outside the 14 day return period?

    Unfortunately any requests for returns made after the 14 days of the delivery of your item to you can’t be accepted. We would like to be fair to all our customers and therefore can’t make any exceptions. This means that midnight on the 14th day after receipt of your item is the cut-off point to give us written notice of your request to return the item. If you still send your parcel in even though you are outside the returns period then we can’t process this and if you want the item back then you will have to pay for the postage to send the item back to you. 

    I want to exchange an item?

    The easiest and fastest way to exchange for another item is to request a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the item you want. This avoids you from potentially missing out on your wanted item as it may have gone out of stock.
